Who we are
Cosmic Birth Map is published by TailVue LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company, 1209 Mountain Rd PL NE Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States. TailVue LLC is responsible for the personal details described here.
What we collect
- Your name and email address, so we can write to you.
- Your birth date, birth time and birth place, if you sign up for a personal letter or reading.
- Your subscription status and a payment reference from Stripe. We never see or store your card details — Stripe holds them, not us.
- Anything you write to us in the contact or readings form.
Why we use it
Only to calculate your chart, write your letters, send them, and answer you. We do not sell your details, and we do not use them for advertising.
Who else is involved
A small number of services make the site work: our hosting and database provider, Stripe for subscription payments, our email delivery provider, an astronomical calculation service that returns planetary positions, and Anthropic, whose Claude AI models draft our readings from computed chart facts and our source library. For a personal letter or reading, your name and your chart details are sent to Anthropic for that purpose. Every reading is reviewed by a person before it is sent. Each service only receives what it needs for its part of the job.
Where your details are kept
Your details are stored and processed in the United States.
How long
We keep your details for as long as you are subscribed. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, we remove your birth details and stop writing to you.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from any email with the link at its foot, and you can ask us for a copy of what we hold, a correction, or a full deletion at any time.
